  2. Products & Availability
    All products are sold on an as-is basis. Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our sole discretion.
  3. Orders & Acceptance
    We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or inventory issues. An order is not considered accepted until it has shipped.
  4. All Sales Final
    All sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
  5. Refund Policy
    Refunds are issued only under the following circumstances:
    • We sent the wrong size
    • A product is missing from the shipment
    • The order did not ship



All other situations are non-refundable, including but not limited to incorrect sizing selected by the customer, damaged items, shipping delays, lost or stolen packages, or buyer’s remorse.


  1. Claims & Deadlines
    All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Proof may be required. Failure to report issues within this timeframe waives all rights to a refund or replacement.
  2. Shipping & Risk of Loss
    Once an order is shipped, risk of loss transfers to the customer. We are not responsible for carrier delays, lost packages, or delivery issues outside our control.
  3. Pre-Orders
    Pre-order items require additional processing time. Estimated timelines are not guaranteed. Pre-order purchases are final and non-cancelable.
  4. Limitation of Liability
    To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or purchase of our products.
  5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes
    Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account restriction and permanent refusal of future service.
  6. Governing Law
    These Terms of Service are governed by and interpreted under the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
