Shipping policy

2. Pre-Order Items
   Pre-order items require production time before shipping.
   Estimated shipping time is 20 to 25 days from the date the order is placed.
   These timelines are estimates and may vary due to production or carrier delays.
3. Pre-Made Items
   Pre-made items are already in stock and ready to ship.
   Estimated shipping time is 1 to 3 days after the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays.
4. Mixed Orders
   If an order contains both pre-order and pre-made items, the entire order will ship together once all items are ready, unless otherwise stated.
5. Shipping Confirmation
   Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
6. Delays
   We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors outside our control.
