Refund policy


  • All Sales Final
    All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

 

  • Refund Eligibility
    Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
    • The wrong size was sent by us
    • A product is missing from the order
    • The order did not ship

 

  • Non-Refundable Situations
    No refunds for incorrect sizing selected by the customer, damaged items, delayed shipping, lost packages, buyer’s remorse, or wear and tear.

 

  • Claims Process
    All claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery with clear photo proof where applicable.
    Approved claims will be refunded or reshipped at our discretion.

 

  • Order Cancellations
    Orders cannot be canceled once placed.
